TeleICU hubs in key medical colleges ensure continuous specialist support and referral routes
Created for Comprehensive Critical Care Training in association with ISCCM, IRCF and Pallium India.
Key Components
CARE Technology Platform
This cloud-based Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system enables seamless patient data management while the TeleICU features allow remote consultations to aid in improved service delivery. The system is also enriched with GenAI based features to boost productivity of healthcare professionals.
ICU Equipment
High-quality ICU beds, ventilators, and monitoring systems are installed in taluka/district-level hospitals, providing essential medical infrastructure where it is most needed.

Community Engagement
Rogi Kalyan Samithis (patient welfare committees) are strengthened to ensure the sustainability and local ownership of the project.
Training Programs
Medical staff undergo Comprehensive Critical Care Training. A system strengthening approach is taken whereby Training of the Trainers (ToT) courses are conducted, which leads to such trainers periodically training the staff at the peripheral hospitals. Training on proper use of medical equipment and Software tools are also imparted.
TeleICU System
Specialists from urban hubs connect with local doctors via real-time video feeds, ensuring remote areas receive expert care. The TeleICU system is deployed in a cluster model with Govt. Medical Colleges catering to peripheral ICUs along with a digitized referral system.
