Jojo Mehra, the Chief Product Officer of eGov Foundation, recently joined a panel discussion titled “Accelerating Progress on Sustainable Development Goals with Data for Development (D4D)”. The event was organized by the G20 India Secretariat and the Ministry of External Affairs, in partnership with Digital Impact Alliance at the UN Foundation (DIAL) and United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD).
Fayaz King, M.B.A. Advisor to the Office of UN SG’s Special Envoy on Technology, moderated the panel which also included Dafna Feinholz from UNESCO, Diana Sang from DIAL, Chrissy Martin Meier from Digital Public Goods Charter, and Jojo Mehra from eGov.

During the discussion, the panelists emphasized the importance of building trust in data, promoting interoperability, and the crucial role of governments, civil society, and the private sector in capacity building for the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
