Priya Jayaraman, as the Director of Communications and Academy at eGov, oversees all communication initiatives and leads eGov Local Capacity Academy – eGov’s learning platform for capacity enhancing initiatives in public service delivery

She brings over 20 years of global experience across brand management, advertising, content, and early-stage start-ups. Prior to joining eGov, Priya founded, built, and sold her award-winning advertising agency Propaganda India. Her major focus areas have been growth marketing for start-ups, P&L management, and people management, where her entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on leadership have consistently driven growth and innovation.

Priya’s career has been shaped by her passion for India and its development, which began with the Azad Bharat Rail Yatra in 1997. Her role at eGov allows her to continue this journey, leveraging education and technology to contribute to India’s digital future.
