Scope of Training
This training is designed to provide participants with a thorough understanding of configuring and customizing the HCM application for specific public health campaigns. While most configurations can be performed using the console, customizations will require specific technical skills.
The focus will be primarily on Level 2 activities (configurations and server monitoring) and Level 3 activities (customizations of existing flows and screens, and new report generation), with less emphasis placed on Level 1 activities. Only infrastructure set-up will be covered as part of Level 4 in this training.
