End to end management of public health campaigns

 

DIGIT HCM is a fit-for-purpose, open-source, end-to-end health campaign digitalisation product.

 

It enables seamless campaign setup through the Admin Console, supports supply chain management, beneficiary registration, service delivery, payments, and attendance tracking, providing a unified, scalable solution for efficient campaign execution.

Who is it for

 

This workshop is designed for Digitalization Program Managers, Business & Data Analysts, DevOps Engineers, and IT / Configuration Managers or System Administrators responsible for deploying and operating digital public health campaigns.

It supports these roles across the entire campaign lifecycle from initial planning and system configuration to execution, monitoring, and optimisation. Participants gain the practical and technical understanding required to manage campaigns at scale.

Purpose

 

This workshop is designed to equip Digital Program Managers, Business & Data Analysts, DevOps Engineers, and IT/System Administrators with a comprehensive understanding of the DIGIT HCM product, combining strategic context with practical, hands-on experience. The program covers key modules essential for the effective management and implementation of health campaigns using DIGIT HCM. Participants will engage in hands-on sessions, discussions, and scenario-based exercises tailored to strengthen operational readiness, informed decision-making, and efficient campaign execution at scale.

Meeting Venue

The workshop will take place at the eGov Office on the 3rd floor.

Lunch & two coffee breaks (morning and evening) and water in the meeting room will be provided to all participants during the days of the meeting. The timing of breaks will depend on the meeting agenda(s).

How to reach the Venue?

To reach the venue, the nearest airport is Kempegowda International Airport (Airport code: BLR). 
From the airport, it will take around an hour and a half by road to reach the venue. Several autos and taxis are available easily from outside the airport. 
You may visit the taxi reservation counters within the airport, or use apps like Uber or Ola to book your ride. 
We can support you in booking cabs to and from the airport with our vendor.

About India

Currency

The local currency is the Indian Rupee. Currency can be exchanged in foreign exchange bureaus and banks. Banks operate between 9 AM – 4 PM (weekdays), and 9 AM – 4 PM on Saturdays, depending on the bank branch.

The telephone system is adequate. Cellular network coverage is good in Bengaluru. Telecommunications operators Vodafone, Jio and Airtel have roaming services. Visitors can easily obtain a local SIM card from accredited stores across the country and airports, and top-up payment cards for these are also readily available.

The climate is expected to be mild and comfortable in November, with the post-monsoon season setting in. Temperatures typically range from 17.5°C to 27°C, making it an ideal time to be outdoors. Light woolens may be useful during the evenings.

  2. Cultural Exploration: Explore the art and artifacts at the Government Museum, or witness traditional performances at venues like Ranga Shankara or Chowdiah Memorial Hall.

  3. Parks and Gardens: Spend time at Lalbagh Botanical Garden, known for its diverse plant species and flower shows, or visit Cubbon Park for its greenery and walking trails.

  4. Technology and Innovation: Discover the city’s tech culture at the Visvesvaraya Industrial and Technological Museum or explore the campus of the Indian Institute of Science.
