Previously, the disbursement of wages was a prolonged process, often stretching over two months. With the of MUKTASoft, this duration has been dramatically reduce less than two weeks, marking a significant leap in operational efficiency and worker satisfaction, as seen in Dhenkanal and Jatni ULBs. The system employs the JustTime Funding System, built by MicroSave Consulting. This was integrated into the Odisha Government’s Integrated Financial Management System (IFMS). There were quick visible outcomes with automated and fast-tracking payments. It means more entrepreneurship opportunities especially for women-led Self Help Groups, reduced administrative burden on front-line employees, a also means curtailing unspent balances.
